HR & Admin Officer

Job Description:

  • To oversee and manage administrative tasks such as fix & maintenance, procurement, security guards, cleaning, and the company’s driver control
  • To prepare Employee Contract and HR-related letters such as probation end confirmation, employee transferring, salary increment, employment certificate, salary clarification, promotion/demotion, termination and other company notification
  • To translate document from English to Khmer or Vice versa
  • To perform other tasks as assigned by top management

Job Requirements:

  • BA in Human Resource or Administration or English
  • At least 3 years’ experience in HR & Admin,
  • Good knowledge in using MS Office (Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point) Internet, Email
  • Good knowledge of English regardless speaking, writing, reading or listening
  • Positive attitude, hardworking, reliable, open mind, honest and be able to work under pressure
  • Good relationship skill and communication skills
