Position Summary:
This role will oversee Business development across Cambodia Market. This will drive the overall communication, partner cooperations, and event management for accounting, tax, audit and investment advisory.
The Business Development Manager is responsible for managing the firm’s external communications and public image in a highly regulated professional services environment. The role ensures that all public communications enhance the firm’s reputation, comply with professional and ethical standards, and support business development objectives while safeguarding confidentiality and independence requirements.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing a public relations strategy aligned with the firm’s strategic objectives and brand positioning.
- Providing guidance, weekly performance reviews, and coaching support to colleague.
- Partnership Development & Relationship Management Lead high-priority partnership negotiations with regulators and local and international networks.
- Protecting and enhancing the firm’s reputation with clients, regulators, professional bodies, and the public.
- Coordinating interviews and media engagements for partners and senior professionals.

Supporting development and promotion of thought leadership content, including:
- Technical articles, commentaries, and insights
- Seminars, conferences, and public forums
- Managing relationships with external PR agencies, media consultants, and event organizers.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, International Business Management.
- Minimum 5–8 years of experience in public relations or corporate communications, preferably within a professional service, legal, audit, or consulting environment.
- Knowing the administration and human resource management is advantage.
- Fluent in English and Khmer (both written and spoken).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong project management and coordination abilities.
- Demonstrated experience dealing with regulated industries, international networking and sensitive professional matters.
- Familiarity with digital communications and media monitoring tools.
